1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using the Nine Bedding website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your state, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Products, Pricing & Payment

Products offered through Nine Bedding are subject to availability. Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color, size, texture, or appearance may occur due to product characteristics, manufacturing differences, or display settings.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are collected where required by law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, description, or listing errors. If an order is affected by such an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any payment already received.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Nine Bedding reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including when there are inventory shortages, payment authorization failures, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent an order from being fulfilled.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has entered processing or shipment. Cancellation requests received after processing has begun may not be approved. When a cancellation is approved and a refund is due, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Returns

Nine Bedding ships orders only within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to review that policy before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Nine Bedding website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, website design, software, and other digital content, is owned by or licensed to Cloud Nine Bedding LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If a dispute arises between you and Cloud Nine Bedding LLC, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations.

Where permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. This provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court where permitted.

Cloud Nine Bedding LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. United States Sales Only

Nine Bedding sells and ships products within the United States only.

Orders requesting shipment outside the United States are not accepted. Customers are responsible for providing a valid U.S. shipping address when placing an order.

These Terms apply only to customers who use the website and purchase products for delivery within the United States.
